ABOUT THE EFFECT OF THE REFRIGERATED COMPRESSED AIR DRYERS AND PIPE AIR FILTER.

Your screw air compressor system should be installed like this:

Let’s see the air dryer:

When it works, you can see the working lights on, the most important is the air dryer will let the water go out every few minutes(the time you can adjust yourself accordingly) through the blue pipe (this pipe should connected with another pipe to let the water go away according to your side)in below picture.

How to check it works or not?

You may connect this pipe to a bottle, and let the screw air compressor system keep on work, may be half an hour later, you can check how much water you got in your bottle.

About the Pipe Air Filter:

If your production line got very serious requirement about the compressed air, we suggest you use four pipe air filter,Q/P/S/C, after this four filters, the dew point can be +2℃. This means very clean compressed air. The system as in below picture:

On the bottom of the pipe air filter also have a drain valve, you need to open it to let the water come out every few days, according to the humidity of the air in your side. And beside is the element of the pipe air filter, it also need to change every 2500 hours--3000 hours, it is the same the date you need to do maintain service for the screw air compressor. This element we can provide some extra ones that enough for your two year use or longer according to your requirement.

About the quality of our air dryer:

Our refrigerated compressed air dryers are with very good quality, works very stable, like the air conditioner in your house, what you need to do is fill in some coolants when it needed(4-5 years no need) and may be need wash the drain after a very long time work, because it may be blocked. These are extremes and rarely apply.

How to wash the drain?

When you open the shell of the air dryer you will see the drain as in below picture:

Just take it off, and take the strainer out

Just clean the strainer then install it back.

HOW TO SET THE USEAGE LIFE OF THE OIL FILTER, LUBE OIL, AIR FILTER, OIL-AIR FILTER :

First you need to know: the air filter, oil filter, oil-air filter and lube oil are all consumable items, they have a service life, about 2500--3000 hours. But the new machine, first time change the lube oil and oil filter and oil-air filter at 500 hours.

About the consumable items, there are several parameters:

“OIL FILTER RST”--You may see how long the oil filter has been serviced, and when you changed a new oil filter, you may reset it into 0000 HOURS, and it starts from zero hours to calculate for the new oil filter.

“OIL FILTER SET”--You may set the service life for the oil filter, the new machine we set it 500 hours, when the “OIL FILTER RST” reach 500 hour, the machine alarms to mention you that it is the time to change a new oil filter. After you change a new one, you may set it into 2500 hours, the oil filter can service 2500 hours from the second one.

“AIR FILTER RST”--You may see how long the air filter has been serviced, and when you changed a new air filter, you may reset it into 0000 HOURS, and it starts from zero hours to calculate for the new air filter.

“AIR FILTER SET”--You may set the service life for the air filter, the new machine we set it 2500 hours, when the “AIR FILTER RST” reach 2500 hour, the machine alarms to mention you that it is the time to change a new air filter.

“O-A FILTER RST”--You may see how long the oil-air filter has been serviced, and when you changed a new oil-air filter, you may reset it into 0000 HOURS, and it starts from zero hours to calculate for the new oil-air filter.

“O-A FILTER SET”--You may set the service life for the oil-air filter, the new machine we set it 500 hours, when the “OIL-AIR FILTER RST” reach 500 hour, the machine alarms to mention you that it is the time to change a new oil-air filter. After you change a new one, you may set it into 2500 hours, the oil-air filter can service 2500 hours from the second one.

“LUBE RST”--You may see how long the LUBE OIL has been serviced, and when you changed new lube oil, you may reset it into 0000 HOURS, and it starts from zero hours to calculate for the new lube oil.

“LUBE SET”--You may set the service life for the lube oil, the new machine we set it 500 hours, when the “LUBE RST” reach 500 hour, the machine alarms to mention you that it is the time to change new lube oil. After you change new lube oil, you may set it into 2500 hours, the lube oil can service 2500 hours from the second time.

1. Power on the machine you will see as below:

2.Push the down button, you will see “USE PARAMETER”

Push “up” and “down” button to choose the “use parameter”, then push right button to enter in the “use parameter” item as below:

 Push the down button over and over, until you find the “oil filter reset” as below:

Then push “right” button, then you should use “up” or “down” button to input the password “1218”, use the “right” button move to next. When finish fill the number, push the “S” button the confirm.

Then the panel back to the “oil filter reset”, you may use “up” “down” and “right” button to change it in to 0000H.

The same method to reset the LUBE OIL RST, AIR FILTER RST, OIL-AIR FILTER RST.

Push the down button in the use parameter items you may also find the “LUBE SET”,”AIR FILTER SET”,”OIL FILTER SET”,”O-A FILTER SET”.

HOW TO CHANGE THE FREQUENCY OF THE DRAINAGE AND TEMPTERATURE OF AIR DRYER

We open both two side of the shell of the air dryer, then we will see

 In pic 1, the rotary knob in the red block is used to adjust the temperature of the cooled air, it is the same as the temperature regulator in your fridge.

In pic 2, the component marked with red ring, you will find two rotary knobs on it, let us see the big pic as below:

The one in right side, marked with the unit “MIN”, is for the frequency of the drainage of air dryer. The air dryer is used for cooling the compressed air after the air tank, it always come out some water when the temperature of the compressed air going down suddenly, so the air dryer always make a noisy every few minutes according to the time you set. You may adjust it according to the humidity in your side, if to much humidity, you can make the time shorter, if not so much humidity, you can make the time longer.
